People have no spatial or mathematical ability

I get the same crap selling in both Australia and USA so it seems widespread. I put up a large furniture item with photos showing scale and all measurements. I get msgs like
- will it fit in my car?
Me: I gave you the measurements and I don’t know what car you have
- it’s a Toyota.
- )&)@)@#%#^ you figure it out!!

Or, even if we agree it does fit in their Subaru Outback (I have one so I don’t mind helping people out. They then show up with kids and car seats in the back seat, and a whole pile of other crap in the back. And then act all surprised “but you said it would fit”!! Do I really have to remind people the fit depends on all the space being available, back seats flat and no other crap there?
