It's almost been two years, and it keeps coming back?

I've been struggling with this for almost two years, Ive been to a skin specialist twice, done two antibiotic treatments and use Elidel nightly. It went away for a month came back...it seems there is nothing I can do I've read that PD can evolve into a chronic situation...I am just o beyond frustrated...I am 50 and can't do a proper skincare rutine because of this....just venting I guess....
