Feras Immersive Tranqs β Narcotic & Venom Rework
Hey survivors!
I just finished a bigger rework for Feras Immersive Tranqs.
The main focus of this update is the narcotic progression. Stronger narcotics should now feel more immersive and more connected to creature progression, while still fitting into the vanilla game instead of replacing it.
Vanilla Narcotic still has its place, but the stronger narcotics now use new venom-based resources dropped by different creatures.
π§ͺ Narcotic Rework
All narcotic recipes have been reworked to use the new venom system.
Stronger Narcotic
- 5 Narcoberries
- 2 Spoiled Meat

πΊοΈ Map-Specific Recipe Adjustments
Some maps do not naturally provide Bio Toxin, so Scorched Earth and Extinction now use fitting alternative venom resources for the affected narcotics.

- uses 1 Araneo Venom instead of 2 Bio Toxin
Maximized Narcotic β Scorched Earth
- uses 2 Titanoboa Toxin instead of 5 Bio Toxin
Maximized Narcotic β Extinction

Neuro-X Narcotic β Scorched Earth

𧩠Mod Compatibility
Feras Immersive Tranqs now supports venom drops from selected modded creatures as optional bonus sources.
These integrations do not replace the vanilla creature sources. They simply allow fitting modded creatures to drop compatible venom resources when those creatures are present in your game.
The Discord guide has been updated with supported mod creatures, item names, BP paths, and detailed drop information.
π¦ Better Item Sorting
All mod items were added to specific folders for better sorting.
Main folder
- Feras Immersive Tranqs
Subfolders
- Venoms
- Lesser Venoms
- Potent Venoms
- Refined Venoms
- Neurotoxins
- Narcotics
- Ammo
- Arrows
- Darts
- Harpoon Bolts
- Weapons
π Loot Crates
- Narcotics have been re-added to loot crates.
- Ammo has been re-added to loot crates.
- The Tranq Sniper has been re-added to loot crates.
π§Ή Removed Items
The old extract items have been removed and replaced by the new venom system.
- removed Titanoboa Extract
- removed Tuso Extract
- removed Nameless Extract
π§ Compatibility Improvements
- All narcotics can now be crafted with child resources as well.
- Example: Spoiled Fruits from TSW can now count as Spoiled Meat where applicable.
- Vanilla apex drops are no longer used as required narcotic ingredients.
- The mod now uses its own venom, toxin, and neurotoxin resources instead.
- This keeps vanilla tribute and boss-summon resources separate from tranq progression.
This rework should make the stronger narcotics feel more natural in progression and give many creatures a more meaningful role in tranq crafting.
