stuttering audio when connected to a soundbar

Recently went from a tv to a monitor and hooked up a cheap xioami soundbar. The soundbar itself is good enough and only really being used for casual background music or YT. I have found there is really weird audio stuttering only on YT videos. Best way i can explain it is the background audio constantly has gain and loss and the vocals are just changing volume.

YT music even through the main YT website and gaming sounds completely fine. Over bt connection its also fine.

The stutter is only affecting the videos that have the extra settings options, stable volume, vioce boost etc. Which is the exact reason I even purchased the bar. And only over the audio jack, both on the claw and through monitor jack.

Have reinstalled drivers, changed internet and yt playback settings, changed windows settings, removed any traces of surround sound i can find and connected the speaker to other devices.

Any ideas are appreciated.
