my gf of over 2 years broke up with me a week ago

for context myself and my now ex had been together for just over 2 years, living together for just over a year, a week ago she broke up with me.

2 weeks before she broke up with me we nearly broke up with her initiating but she ended up agreeing to give me another chance and then ultimitaly broke up with me a week ago.

before this she nearly broke up with me earlier this year for the same issues but at the time also agreed to give me another chance.

the reason she ended up breaking up with me was because of how i was acting and for how often i would get frustrated and angry at things and end up taking it out on her by raising my voice or just being cranky, each time she nearly broke uo with me i said i would do better.. i did for a few weeks and then jt ended up going bavk to how it was.

the time right before she did it i said i would do better and had been but according to her it was too late, i love her so much and i wish i changed sooner...

there were also other issues within the relationship some that she needed to work on but the one that ended it was my behaviour.. i miss her alot and she misses me and wants to be back with me if i can get help. i dont know what to do
