Dog Ear Bleed

As stated the little guy was playing too rough and got his ear cut, about the size of an ibuprofen. I managed to get the bleeding to stop and he has ear wraps on but any kind of head shaking opens them back up and it bleeds quite bad. Used some clot stuff from Walmart but doesn’t seem like a long term solution. Please help!
