I’m so scared

I got this spot years ago when I cut myself shaving I believe I nicked a mole and then it grew - wasn’t this big years ago tho. Recently while pregnant I feel like it’s grown even more and feeling a bit of pressure or irritation in the spot. I procrastinated so long because I was scared of the answer and now that I am pregnant I am just so scared of the worst case scenario and not being here for my son.
