Water and electricity having weird issues

I logged on yesterday to find my entire system messed up and hopped off cause I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Finally got around to it today and I’m genuinely baffled. Many connections have been cut and water lines think they are power lines and vice versa on some devices that despite not being connected to water are somehow converting power into water. Also there random things like frosted lights and a portable biofuel generator over 4000 meters away saying they’re connected to my electrical system despite never having crafted or placed these devices.
