Insufficient Video Memory on DirectX12 and horrible frames on DirectX11

As the title says I'm having so much trouble here

Whenever I play on DirectX12 I crash after half an hour or so with the "Insufficient Video Memory" error

And when I play on DirectX11 I have abysmal frames and awful stuttering

And when I play

All of my video settings are either off or set to the lowest possible

Upscaling on FSR2.2 performance with 50% sharpness

Specs:

Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) i5-13420H (2.10GHz)

RAM: 8G RAM (7.73 usable)

Graphics Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 128MB

Windows 64bit, Version 25H2, Build 26200.8655

Ive got 80GB storage on my hard drive

I've tried Verifying and Optimizing game files, updating my OS, uninstalling and reinstalling

Nothing works

Please help I'm desperate
