Employer took out over 15000 from paycheck with out my knowledge

I am looking for an affordable employment law lawyer in Arizona. My employer was in chandler Arizona. So far the firms I contacted are charging 200-400$ for initial consultation. Is this the standard? Can anyone recommend a lawyer that is okay with free initial consultation?
