Case Unclosed: Did Naomi Smalls destroy the legacy of All Stars 4 over Manila Luzon's shocking elimination?

"Life's not fair" - Naomi Smalls

It has been 7 years when Naomi won the Lip Sync For Your Legacy over Monet and picked Manila's lip stick that made shockwaves as a front runner was eliminated from the show. Naomi's decision (along with Monet revealed that she picked Manila's lip stick had she won the lip sync over Naomi) apparently destroyed the momentum for the final 2 episodes of All Stars 4 and haunted that season forever.

Do you think Naomi destroy the legacy of All Stars 4 or the declining quality of the final 2 episodes (post-Manila elimination) caused to dwindle & triggered the change of elimination rules to Rumocracy+Lip Sync Assassin format the following season?
