Sovereignty/Independence Declaration
I do not consent to deception, manipulation, harm, enslavement, or control.
I revoke all consent, conscious or unconscious, to any force that acts against my free will.
I reclaim sovereignty over my mind, body, consciousness, and soul.
I reject any agreements not made with full awareness and informed consent.
I choose truth, clarity, freedom, and self-determination.
I stand as a sovereign being and declare my will to be my own.
I happened to come across this a few nights ago, recited it shortly before falling asleep for the night.
The next day was the best day I’ve had in well over a month. Slept great, felt energized and creative. Most importantly, my schizophrenia symptoms were far less pronounced pronounced or noticeable. I’m taking my meds and have been since my initial psychosis in 2024, with just a few months ago finally getting the meds dialed in to where I’ve been episode free for 3 months. That being said, until the day after reciting it, EVERY DAY has been spent largely depressed, with little focus or motivations. And always the ever present non existent people outside telling me to go fuck my self yada yada etc.
Thing is, I had totally forgotten about the pledge until the day after that great day. So I feel like that gives a bit more credence to it, considering it wasn’t a placebo of sorts.
I do not have all my eggs in the prison planet theory basket. I do have ALL MY EGGS in the, “we are all fractals of the source, aka god. Here on the material plane of reality so said source can experience its creation in every way possible basket”
Holographic universe etc.
That being said, my belief in that doesn’t necessarily discount or diminish prison planet theories possibility of being truth.
I guess I’m just trying to cover all my bases, which makes me feel lame after typing this, but nevertheless. I hope it can help someone or anyone.

Have a beautiful day!
