Advise/Rant/upset

7 weeks pregnant now, at 5 weeks 5days, I went in for a scan (previous ectopic pregnancy), to see if it was in the right area and God so good saw a heartbeat and we were so happy.
Fast forward, 7weeks and started bleeding. Went to check because I was experience weird left thigh pain, went toilet, fresh blood. Since that one episode of fresh blood, just brown blood (not filling a pad at all, more when I wipe I see it), no cramps, no clots. have an EPAU appointment tomorrow but I can’t help but think the worst.
I’m such a strong believer in God and I just can’t help but think omg God let me down
I guess I’m just looking for positive stories with similar issues. I’m honestly so devastated, my heart is so broken.
