Last purchase on vinted, exhausted on sellers not being honest about items condition

I bought these Guess shoes listed as new without tags and while they don't look used they are peeling in several spots that of course isn't seen on the photos or disclosed on the description. They were only $12 dollars so while it's not a lot I'm just so annoyed about the dishonesty. This is the second pair of shoes I receive like this and I also bought some new with tags pants that had stains but they were only $3 so I feel stupid trying for a return. I don't even know if it's worth it to return these knowing they will dock me money for return shipping
