I want help regarding studying in italy

I'm a student who recently passed my 12th standard and have taken TIL-I I'm getting admission in POLITO but dunno whether it's safe to go there or not as I'm financially constrained and will rely mostly on Loans and jobs. can someone help me to know that can I get any kind of part time job in turin? how much can a student earn,is it sufficient to fund himself? and how much euros will it cost me for accommodation and food?
