34 [M4A] #Columbus, Ohio – Looking for Catholic or Christian Magicians, Occultists, or Esoteric Practitioners

M4A Ohio

I'm a cradle Catholic with a long-standing interest in the Western magical and esoteric traditions, particularly where they intersect with Christianity. Over the past few years I've been reading texts such as the Arbatel, Ars Notoria, and Picatrix, and I've become interested in the ways that some historical magical traditions were either explicitly Christian or at least compatible with a Christian worldview.
I'm especially interested in hearing from Catholics who have explored these subjects, but I'm also open to talking with other Christians who have experience with ceremonial magic, angelic magic, Christian mysticism, Renaissance occult philosophy, grimoire traditions, or related practices. Whether you're an active practitioner, a scholar, a curious reader, or someone who has wrestled with the theological questions involved, I'd enjoy hearing your perspective.
I'm not looking for anti-Christian occultism, edgelord Satanism, or debates about whether religion is good or bad. My interest is specifically in how people have historically understood magic, prayer, angels, spiritual disciplines, and esoteric practice within a Christian framework.
I'd be happy to chat online, exchange book recommendations, discuss historical sources, or meet for coffee if you're local to the Columbus area. Even if your views differ from mine, I'd enjoy a respectful conversation about the subject.
Feel free to send a message and tell me a little about your background, interests, or experience.
