KitchenAid 30” wall oven/microwave combo

Hi there, does anyone know how to adjust the KitchenAid wall microwave/oven combo onto HIGH. I suspect the setting is on low, it’s taking double the amount of time to normally heat/cook and defrost. Currently at 20 min to defrost 1 lb of meat…
