Azmadi is overturned

How can I beat this boss? I’ve ran it back 20 times and just can’t do it. He spends 90% of the time un-targetable and if I slip up once, I’m one shot. My damage is fine everywhere else and if I could actually hit him, he’d be dead quick. Can anyone help with this?
