accidentally bumped septum

i accidentally bumped my septum a few times today i didn't have this issue since getting it like 4 or 5 days ago but today i bumped it a few times because im at bfs house

it felt like it came a little loose, like it's now tilting towards my face and the hoop moved around a lot easier i don't know if something tore or anything? i washed with saline as normal but i fidgeted a little as i was worried it was messed up. it feels looser and more ... malleable? i don't know if that's the word i would use to describe this situation but i hope that makes sense?
