What are your thoughts on my decision on accepting a new job offer?

I work in finance. My old job was soul crushing. I had a terrible manipulative boss and was always running from fire to fire. A job popped up that was interesting and I was offered the job after a series of interviews. The new job all seemed like great people working there and no micromanaging. Below are the financial details of my old and new job. Curious what your thoughts are on what I ended up doing.

Old job: 210k plus 25%. Was expecting around a 45k payout in April.

New job: 200k plus 20% bonus plus 25% equity. My offer was extended in February and included a 30K signing bonus to forgo my bonus at my old job. I had talked them up already and this was best and final.

Would you guys have taken the new offer and “foregone” 15k (difference in the bonuses)?
