Game was playing fine. I can back to my save an hour later and the camera has an uplayable stutter

This is really upsetting. I'm still an Anno amateur, and this is my first free weekend with the wife and kids away. I'm in the middle of my best start, and actually laying the wood to Neferneru. Performance was fine a few hours ago, and I just came back to a game crippling camera sutter. Anyone else have this issue or have advice?
