Galactic map freezes my game.

Ever since the most recent update interacting with the galactic map or going into a loading screen has been freezing my game. Not my whole computer just the game itself, It never actually crashes but it takes SEVERAL minutes to un-freeze.

That never ever happened before this patch. And my game runs perfectly fine on my ship or on missions (whenever I manage to join one).

I've been trying to google a solution but I'm finding nothing I haven't already tried. Verified local files, cleared shader cache, I already play on the lowest settings with a 30 fps cap +using toaster mode in the lauch options cause I'm on a very low end laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
