[Question] Changing Steam region from Egypt to India (5-year-old account, first time)

"Hi everyone, I'm looking to change my Steam region from Egypt (MENA) to India.

Here is some context about my account:

It is 5 years old.

I have never changed the region before (this will be the first time).

Note: I have a Redotpay virtual visa. Will this card work for the region switch, or do I need to use another method?

Thanks in advance!
