Should I focus more on location or jobs?

Hello,

For context, I've been trying to get a job (relating to my degree) for 8 months consistently sending applications daily (yes, I tailor my resume for each job), working on my resume, getting advice from anyone basically, and trying to connect through linkedin or past acquaintances.

I've also been considering opening a business in plant-based food, like selling food out of a trailer/truck, but I don't think it'll work where I live now. Almost every vegan restaurant in town has closed in the past 5 years. I also would like to move away due to personal reasons.

My questions are- where should I set my priorities? Should I continue to live rent-free with my parents and keep sending applications? Or should I move somewhere new, find a min wage job and try to start my own business? (And yes, I would be able to afford to move with my savings)
