Possible new player

Hello all. I'm a 51 yrs old gamer who is on a very limited disability budget. I've been playing Playstation pretty much my gaming life. I just recently learned about GD. How cheap can I go without sacrificing game integrity on buying a PC for this game? Ty in advance.
