Ive always been so interested in creating tiktok videos of my OCs like this. (Credit to zirzipper) And i have a few videos in the making that's just standard 2D animation I learned in school. But I've always wanted to try tweeting so I dont have to draw as many frames and also just wanna try a new medium that very common in the animatic communities.

I just have no clue how. It seems very accessible especially since I've seen tweens and teenagers do it. But I genuinely dont know what app/software you get, (I see something called alight motion in some videos sometimes?) I dont know how if I need to separate layers in any sort of specific way to make only the arms move or to change eyes etc etc, I dont understand how people manage to make characters move to the beat with the tweeting also dont know if there are templates people follow or something.

I definitely prefer if everything can be done on ipad.

I def dont mind spending a small penny on the program if I need to but definitely not wanting a high subscription thing to pay every month.

Also would be lovely to just get tips too? Like common mistakes that can be made when making animatic tweeting videos and what most popular sounds on tiktok are right now.

I also like making the animation very expressive and wild since I am a cartoonist at heart so very appreciated if there's any good tips or tricks to how to make the characters as expressive and have as much motion as possible.

How to make tiktok tweening?
