Hi! First post here, I'm working on a personal project documenting (and possibly implementing) the things that Roblox should work on and prioritize
Hi! I'm working on a personal project w/ current grievances that Roblox has, and suggested ways to implement it. It's been a few months since the initial Schlep incident, but Roblox, while implementing some helpful changes, has not controlled the situation without sacrificing the player experience in most regions, and I can see via YouTube and this sub that there are complaints that go unaddressed. I have a couple of questions:
- Is there a compiled source for these complaints?
- Who should I contact who is an expert in this? (I'm already thinking Ruben Sim, KreekCraft, Schlep, Chris Hansen?) If you are a creator of a big experience, are a parent or are familiar with the different updates Roblox presented for safety, your response would be appreciated.
- Ideas on how Roblox can ACTUALLY improve without compromising player privacy or ruining experience (the last one is semi-important, but really good to have)
- Ideas specifically on how to reduce reliance on automated moderation/ideas specifically to increase the effectiveness of automated moderation (think recent advances in AI, if anyone is updated on that)
- Ideas on how to regain public trust in the company (e.g. XBOX recently)
- Better user interface ideas to make Roblox parental controls, the appeals system, or the moderation system easier to use and less punishing for regular users.
- How to ensure proper avenues of communication
- How do u guys differentiate between serious changes needed and "this sucks, but it's OK as long as this and that is fine"
