deciding between 2 platforms

Like mentioned in a previous post and after reading some other posts i was put on 2 platforms to build a dmr.

1. EC-204 advanced edition from taiwangun for 422 euro’s

2. BEGADI SPORT MOD 25 "BATTLE RIFLE" GEN.5 from begadi for 409 euro’s

Which one would be better to start a dmr platform out of and wich one would need the least amount of upgrades to be mid-medium high range
