Visiting for work early July a few questions

Other

Hello everyone, I have the chance to visit South Korea for my work, I am a new media artist and I will be displaying my work in a festival.

During my stay I'll mainly be in Bucheon and Seoul.
While I already have accommodation in Bucheon, I wonder if there are neighborhood in Seoul that are more into Art/tech gallery and the like?

As it would be in July it seems it will be rainy season, Is there anything I should plan to pack in my bag that would help me get by ?

finally, is there any new media art galley and museums Outside Seoul area that I should take the time to visit, I have only heard about the Glacier Museum, and wonder if there are other around this country?

Thank you for your help !
