What’s a good tire sealant for tubed 10 x 3 tires

I’ve heard slime works, I’ve heard slime doesn’t work. I’ve heard orange regular is good, for tubeless. Not a lot of information on how well it works on tubes except it’s a lot more maintenance. I am new to this, I am confused. I am going to buy tubeless tires in 3 months. But I need something to fix up my tires for now. Help, I am lost and require knowledge and expertise. If it helps I’m in a relatively dry climate, when it’s cold it’s cold and when it’s hot it’s hot. Exactly the seasons you are thinking of. Idk, my brain isn’t braining anymore. Does sealant even work if the air pressure nozzle is really loose. Like I can flick it to the opposite side with no force and make it do a loop de loop? Ah yes the tire has 0 psi and doesn’t go up when pumped with air
