New account, wrong entity?

I've just setup my 212 Invest account by referral of my sister. Was looking for the card with saveback option, but the card tab is missing on my app.

I'm in spain, but apparently my account was setup under Trading 212 EU Gmbh, which does not have Spain as an eligible card country. But Trading 212 Markets Ltd does, but I didn't see anywhere during sign-up to select this? Why would my account be opened under an entity that doesn't offer the full features in my stated country of residence?
