Eyelid ptosis - how soon will I notice? When am I in the clear?

I got botox 4 days ago and I have become paranoid that I'm going to develop eyelid ptosis. I got my 11's treated with 10units. I haven't noticed any visible changes to my eye, but my one eye feels strange, almost as thought I have something in it. Please someone help reassure me !
