Donor egg fail at overseas clinic, moving clinics. Any thoughts?

Advice Needed!

Hello all, I had three transfers with my own eggs with no implantation and 1 failed donor egg transfer. Some things to mention, I am 43, and I've been trying since age 40 with my own eggs through IVF, but after the third failed transfer, we went with donor eggs. When the donor embryos didn't transfer (transferred two), the doctor recommended a hysteroscopy, which came out to be normal. I have a higher-than-normal immune system, so every transfer, they recommended I do infusions to decrease my immune system but I wonder if there is more going on, as the clinic we used overseas focuses mainly on physionomy rather than checking hormones etc. We are thinking of transferring from this overseas clinic to a CCRM in Boston to again try a transfer with donor eggs. Does anyone have experience with using donor eggs at CCRM? Would you recommend CCRM and do you think the doctors should be testing something additional?
