Are the shirt sellers any good?

I was looking for some music t-shirts, but the only ones below 15 are re-prints. Does anyone own a reprint shirt? Is the quality good, or does the print dissolve in the washing machine over time? Should I assume all of them are made of the cheapest, scratchiest material possible?
