Injections

Hi everyone,

my tear happened a few months ago, the pain is 1/10, manageable, more restrictive if anything, can’t do certain movements anymore.

MRI found a large posterior labral tear with paralabral cyst, small anterior-inferior labral tear, long head biceps tendon tear and moderate infraspinatus tendinosis.

Weirdly enough I can still do lateral raises, dips, curls etc. Bench press is the only movement that’s painful.

I am considering PRP - it helped me tremendously with a torn wrist cartilage over 10 years ago. But it’s gotten more and more expensive. Are there any cheaper options that might be helpful? I’ve heard about PRF, BPC-157, TB-500 - has anybody here tried these?
