Thoughts between these two pcs? Or build my own (first time) [Discussion]

Goal is to run games like rl and fortnite at 240+ fps, are either of these sufficient? or should i try to build my own? budget: around 1100-1300 CAD, could probably go up to 1500 ish, Canada Ontario.
