Does Lucid have a surcharge or not on Tesla Superchargers?

The AI assures me Lucid does NOT upcharge the Tesla rates. When I check the Lucid app, it quotes 74 cents kwh for the exact same supercharger station at the exact same time that my Tesla app (for my other car) quotes me 48 cents kwh. AI quotes claims the Lucid higher price quote is untimely or not accurate and quotes official Lucid statements that "Lucid customers will be able to access the Tesla Supercharger network using NACS with no additional fees beyond the cost of charging.”

What is the actual experience of users? This for a Gravity if that makes a difference.
