I have a problem with my Corsair Vanguard Pro 96 keyboard.

All G-keys on the side, for example G1, G2, etc., are not working anymore. The rotary dial also does not respond when I press it. The gaming button does not react either.

The normal keyboard keys still work, but the special function keys do not seem to work anymore.

I have already tried reconnecting the keyboard, checking the settings, and resetting the keyboard to factory settings several times, but the problem is still there.

Could anyone please help me with this issue?
