Has anyone had any noticeable change in hair?

Im 26, I've been using nicotine pouches for about 2 years now in varying strengths, from 10mg all the way up to 75mg. Pablos zyns velos etc. Over the past 2 years I've noticed my hair has receded and just generally got worse in quality. This coincides with the time line of using nicotine pouches but it could also just be getting older. But none of my male relatives my age and older have this type of recession. I did temporarily quit for 3 weeks and I saw some few strands appear at the corners which were balding but then died off when I started again. I'm committed now to quitting anyway as this has reached a point where it makes me feel like crap and is effecting my general productivity and energy, but just wanted to see other people's experiences. Did anyone experience hair thinning and hairline recession while using this and did anyone recover the hairline at all once they quit?
