My account was hacked

My account was hacked around last year 2025, as far as I remember it was in a discord sv of some map that was playing at the time and I clicked on a private server link, the redirect was to the roblox page, but in moments my account was disconnected I tried to log in I had email authentication at that time, I don't know if it sticks spyware on the PC or if it's more likely that the hacker had access to my email because he had two requests for codes, one was mine and the other was from New York, which is definitely not me. He managed to log into my account faster than me and changed his nickname, date of birth, email, authentication and everything, even the skin is different I remember trying roblox support but back then support was garbage he simply advised me to create a new account and leaves out the account I've had for years with in game purchases and everything. Does anyone have any idea how I could recover the account or at least contact some support other than a bot advising me to create a new account, I have more than the attack being done, account change, birth date, purchases I made when I had the account, I have everything saved in the emails
