Humidity

I’m a new owner and lately I’ve been having problems with humidity, my hot side stays around 35 and the other stays around 50-60 which I know is way to high, I’ve put a fan in my room to get some airflow going, I also bought a mini fan for his tank it def helps but it’s not enough. How can I get both sides to be a good humidity? And at night if I leave the fan on I’m worried it’ll get too cold, any suggestions at all help
