Almost a month since my acute pancreatitis attack, lipase still high??

seeking advice/support

19F. I was diagnosed with acute idiopathic pancreatitis of the tail in the ER and was admitted for 48 hours on may 18th with a lipase of 2,989. Been to A gastroenterologist, had autoimmune tests done, celiac disease testing, H pylori, all came back negative so she is pushing for a possible endoscopy in the future for me. As of right now she has me on Pantoprazole for 6 weeks. I had my lipase test done today and it came back as 135, I’m new to having pancreatitis and this is my first time experiencing the recovery stage with this. Is 135 after almost a month point towards me still having pancreatitis? Or is this inflammation? I was cleared to up my fat intake instead of staying totally fat free (consuming 15-20g of fat, sometimes I consume only 8-10g.) but i’m not sure if this is wise to do if my lipase is still elevated. If anyone has had A similar experience with recovering from an idiopathic pancreatitis attack, please do share how long it took for your lipase to return to normal.
