All Star and All NBA teammates in MyCareer

I have a SF build and I play for the Cavs. I’m 3 seasons in and only I play key games and a few at the beginning and then some others now and then. Having a problem getting guys to be All Stars. Especially like Mitchell and Mobley. Any tips on how to improve the stats of teammates to get them into the All Star game and maybe even on an All NBA team? I only play about 20 games max a season.
