For those who take ketotifen, do you get the morning grogginess?

Started taking ketotifen a while ago, still titrating up, at about 1mg dose split between morning and night. Overall the adjustment period hasn’t been terrible thank god, except for this morning grogginess that seems to last for a few hours. Just curious if this is something that goes away, or if I need to accept this as my new reality if I want to stay on the med.

Random other question since we are on the topic of meds. Were any of you able to drop your other H1 antihistamines after stabilizing on ketotifen? If so, at what dose?
