I’m having trouble with my graphics drivers

I have dell dimension 8200 with an ATI Radeon 7000 running windows XP, and I’ve been having trouble with the drivers. Catalyst Control Center crashes when I open it, GPU Z has an error that blocks it from opening, and cpu Z in the graphics tab has everything blank, and I have no idea if the drivers are installed. The ATI logo appears in the system tray so I assume they’re installed.
