Legal Protections for my Future Family

Hi there,

Me and my partner have been estranged from multiple members of my direct family for a few years now and in the future we do want children.

I want to put together an agreement to present at some point down the road in a good faith effort to protect my family from any interference my estranged family may try to interfere.

My questions are, what kind of lawyer do I seek to make this happen?

Is this considered arbitration that I'm needing, even with signed contracts?

How legitimate would a contract between all parties be should it go in front of a judge? Would it need to? 👀
