which specs i need to run a large modpack with shaders?

i want to create a 350 mods modpack with medium shaders and light textures. 50 heavy mods, 50 optimization mods, 250 medium to light mods. running at like 100 fps on 1980x1200 resolution i guess, idk, i have a 4th gen i5, and pretend to buy 16gigs of ram, a nice gabinet, a gtx2060, a 500w font, and thats almost it, with some optmization tools to help like pc manager, exm tweaks and etc. im brazilian and chatgpt said me it would probably need 5k reais or 800 dollars idk
