Will there be a wave 2???

Hey y'all! I must know if there will be a second wave of summer skins like last year. I mean summer isn't over until September, and Danny Koo did respond with a question about if there will be more with gotta keep everyone on their toes or something along those lines. Please give me your theories on whats gonna happen. Thanks!
