Seminoma Puro (Seguimiento)

As I promised, I want to continue sharing my progress and will keep posting updates for as long as God grants me life and health.

April 18, 2026

• Left Radical Orchiectomy
• Testicular prosthesis implanted during the same procedure
• Tumor markers negative
• CT scan clear

April 22, 2026
Pathology results:

• Pure Seminoma, Stage IA
• Tumor size: 5.2 cm
• No lymphovascular invasion
• No perineural invasion
• Severe atrophy of the remaining testicular tissue
• Epididymis free of neoplastic infiltration
• Spermatic cord free of neoplastic involvement

May 13, 2026

• Received one adjuvant dose of Carboplatin
• Overall, I tolerated it very well with only minor side effects

June 5, 2026

• Follow-up blood work completed
• Hemoglobin, kidney function, liver function, and tumor markers all within normal ranges
• Tumor marker levels continue to trend downward compared to my pre-surgery results from April 18

My next CT scan is scheduled for October 2026, and I am praying that everything continues to look good.

To everyone currently fighting this disease: keep moving forward, one day at a time. There is hope, there is life after diagnosis, and none of us are alone in this journey.
