What are the Nintendo Classics metal displays from My Nintendo made of, and where does it ship from?

Thinking of getting one with the points I have stored up but not if it's aluminum and from the US. Canada has a counter tariff on the US for aluminum products that I've already been hit by once, and I would not like to see that happening again.
